JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims that there were unlawful deductions from her wages is well founded and succeed. The respondent is ordered to pay compensation in the total amount of £3,094 to the claimant made up of the following elements: 1.1. £2,320 representing unpaid wages for June and July 2025; 1.2. £46 representing unpaid employer pension contributions on those wages; 1.3. £728 representing 8 days accrued and unpaid holiday pay on termination of employment.[2]The claimant lacks the service required to claim unfair dismissal. None of the exemptions to this requirement appear to apply in the circumstances described by the claimant. The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed accordingly.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim of disability discrimination could not be determined based on the information available at this hearing and continue to be pursued.
