[1]The Respondent failed to enter a response to the Claimant’s claim. It is undefended. I am satisfied that under rule 22, on the available material including the Claimant’s schedule of loss, a determination can properly be made of her claim. She received less than was properly payable for working between 2 and 13 June 2025, totalling £1,299.01. Her claim is well-founded and succeeds to that extent.
