[1]The respondent is a private company limited by guarantee and registered at Companies House under Company number 07601172.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. The effective date of termination was 1 April 2025, when the respondent company ceased trading.[3]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment. At the effective date of termination, she had completed 10 years of service.[4]The respondent has insufficient funds to pay the redundancy payment in full. It has paid to the claimant part of the redundancy payment which was due and owing.[5]It is agreed that the claimant is entitled to payment of an additional sum of redundancy payment in the sum of £2,552.38.
