[1]The claimant’s claims in respect of the non-repayment of her pension contributions were issued out of time.[2]The Employment Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practical for this complaint to be presented within 3 months of her dismissal. Consequently, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear these complaints. In addition, the claim was not presented within a reasonable there thereafter.[3]Consequently, the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the complaints brought by the claimant on 21 July 2025 and proceedings are now dismissed.
