JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s pay in the period from 23 May 2025 to 27 June 2025.[2]The respondent must pay the claimant the sums of:a. £840 in respect of pay; andb. £25.20 in respect of pension contributions.[3]These are the gross figures. The sums may be paid net of any required deductions for tax and national insurance contributions, provided that the respondent pays such deductions to HMRC and that it gives the claimant a full itemised statement of the payments and any deductions made.
