[1]Having considered the representations of the parties, the Tribunal concludes that the Respondent has failed to pay the full statutory redundancy payment due to the Claimant.[2]The Respondent accepts that there is a shortfall in the redundancy payment in the sum of £466.84.[3]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £466.84 in respect of the redundancy payment shortfall.
