[1]The claimant was employed by the respondent and at the time it ceased trading she was 37 years old, had 18 years service and earned £303.87 per week.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the gross sum of £5469.66.[3]The claimant was not paid in lieu of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £3646.44 in respect of notice pay.[4]The total amount due to the claimant is £9,116.10.
