A llieva v SBFM Ltd: 6026186/2025
JUDGMENT
[1]the Claimant's claim of unauthorised deductions from wages is not well- founded and is dismissed.REASONS
[1]By a claim form submitted on 1 4 July 2025 the Claimant ticked the box "I am making another type of claim which the employment tribunal can deal with” and wrote "Not correct attitude related to payment/salary”.[2]In box 8.2 the Claimant wrote that she had been having problems at the Respondent, that they had reduced her hours and then agreed to reinstate them but that they still had not paid. She said "even I left them (after 2-3months) they still haven't paid me all I think they owned me".[3]The Claimant had been asked by the Tribunal to set out the amounts that she was owed and why she said she was owed them prior to the hearing, but she had not done so.[4]To the Tribunal the Claimant said that she thought she was owed £1400 and that she had been paid that amount.[5]The Claimant's claim for unauthorised deduction from wages therefore fails and is dismissed.
