UPON the final hearing of this matter being listed to commence at 10:00am and the Claimant not having attended or informed the Tribunal of any reason for his non- attendance despite having been notified of the hearing in the notice of hearing dated 20 January 2026 AND UPON the Tribunal attempting to establish contact with the Claimant by telephone and there being no response by 10:15. The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is dismissed by reason of his non-attendance pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure.
