[1]The Claimant’s claim in respect of unpaid pension payments succeeds.[2]The Claimant remains employed and does not have jurisdiction to consider his contractual claim for holiday pay for 2023.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claims for unpaid tax and/or student loan repayments that the Respondent was required to pay to the HMRC through PAYE.[4]By 19 January 2026 the Claimant must send the Tribunal a schedule of loss outlining the amount of pension payments being claimed and the interest being sought due to late payment of wages, supported by documentary evidence.
