The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]Ms Browning-Smith was employed for less than two years at the time of her resignation on 9 June 2025.[2]The Tribunal sent her a notice on 2 July 2025 to the effect that two years’ service is required for a complaint of unfair dismissal and giving her until 16 July 2025 to set out any reason as to why that complaint should not be struck out. No response has been received and so the complaint is struck out.[3]Ms Browning-Smith’s other complaints of sexual harassment will proceed to a hearing on 29 April 2026.
