JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unfair dismissal was not presented to the Tribunal within the applicable time period pursuant to sections 111 (2) and 207B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Tribunal considers that it was reasonably practicable for the complaint to have been presented within the applicable time period. The claim for unfair dismissal is therefore struck out on the ground that the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider it.
