JUDGMENT
[1]By agreement, under Rule 35 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, the respondent’s name is amended to that of the claimant's employer.[2]The respondent admitted liability for one day’s holiday pay that was incorrectly added to the claimant’s 2024 leave year.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £133.46, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
