JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Buzz Recruitment Limited.[2]The claim was presented in the South East Employment Tribunal on 3 March 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s entitlement to holiday pay and must pay the claimant £1,006.72 (calculated gross of deductions for tax and national insurance).[4]The respondent must account for tax to HM Revenue & Customs and pay to the claimant £1,006.72, less the amount of tax due on that sum.
