The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.[1]The Claimant is awarded:(i) £1,803.92p for unpaid wages;(ii) £2,009.61p for accrued but untaken annual leave;(iii) £4,166.00p for unpaid notice pay; and Case Number: 6023272/2024(iv) £3,846.16p for failure to provide a written statement of employment particulars.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant a total of, £11,825.69p within 14 days of this judgment being sent to the parties.
