JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of the respondent is MB House of Hair Limited.[2]The claimant’s complaint in respect of an unauthorised deduction from her basic pay in her final payslip is well-founded, the respondent having accepted liability. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £44.70, in respect of the amount unpaid. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance due on the sum.[3]The claimant's complaint in respect of holiday accrued to termination of employment is well-founded, the respondent having accepted liability in respect of the sum specified by the claimant. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £680.97, in respect of the amount unpaid. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance due on the sum.[4]The claimant’s complaint in respect of an underpayment of national minimum wage is not well-founded and is dismissed.
