JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay the claimant for one day’s accrued untaken holiday on termination on employment. The respondent must pay the claimant £146.00, which is the amount owing.[3]The complaint that the respondent made a further unauthorised deduction of £398.83 from the claimant’s wages for February 2025 is not well founded and is dismissed.
