JUDGMENT

It is the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:[1]The claimant’s claim for redundancy pay is well founded. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £12,100. This is calculated as follows: 12 x 1.5 x £700 less £500 already paid by the respondent. The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages and breach of contract in relation to unpaid overtime is well founded. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £1000. The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages for unpaid wages is well founded. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £8,491.84. This is calculated as follows: 14 x £606.56. The claimant’s claim for unpaid notice pay and breach of contract is well founded. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £7,278.72.
