JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of discrimination on the basis of age and / or disability which are duplications of factual assertions already before the Tribunal in claim number 1401043/2024 are struck out.[2]The claims of discrimination on the basis of age and / or disability which were new claims not previously made in claim number 1401043/2024 were not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. These claims are therefore dismissed.[3]The complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented within the applicable time limit, but it was not reasonably practicable to do so. The complaint was presented within a further reasonable period. The claim will therefore proceed.[4]The complaint of unfair dismissal will be determined at a final hearing in conjunction with the hearing of claim number 1401043/2024.
