JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 19 December 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £450.00 gross.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £450.00 in total.[4]It is for the claimant to account to HMRC for any sums she owes it in respect of any sums received from the respondent pursuant to this judgement. Employment Judge Ord determination on 24 October 2025 that the respondent had made an unauthorised deduction from wages and ordered the respondent to pay the claimant the gross sum of £450.00.[2]Employment Judge Ord now makes a further order for unauthorised deduction from wages, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of the Procedure, being the sum of £676.01 for unpaid holiday pay.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant the gross sum of £676.01. For the avoidance of doubt, this sum of £676.01 is in addition to the £450.00 ordered on 24 October 2025.[4]It is for the claimant to account to HMRC for any sum she owes it in respect of sums received from the respondent pursuant to this judgment.
