By a letter dated 4 February 2025, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of redundancy payment should not be struck out because the claimant does not have the requisite length of service required for a redundancy payment claim under s155 Employment Rights Act 1996. The claimant has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 4 February 2025: the claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to why the claim should not be struck out and has failed to request a hearing. The complaint of redundancy payment is therefore struck out. Approved by:
