JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s name is amended by agreement to “Primo Piatto Limited”.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded to the extent that the respondent failed to pay the claimant for two trial shifts in September 2024. The respondent shall pay the claimant £ 234.84, which is the gross sum deducted. The respondent may deduct from that sum any tax or national insurance due.[3]The remainder of the complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is not well-founded and is dismissed. Approved by:
