JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was a disabled person within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at the material time (from January 2024 to September 2024). He was disabled by reason of a physical impairment, namely long covid.[2]The claim for direct disability discrimination shall proceed to a full hearing on 6th-9th October 2026.[3]The claim for discrimination arising from disability insofar as it relates to allegations of unfavourable treatment from January 2024 onwards, shall proceed to a full hearing on 6th-9th October 2026.[4]The claim for discrimination arising from disability, insofar as it relates to allegations of unfavourable treatment for the period from August 2023 to November 2023, is dismissed.
