[1]The claimant’s claim for constructive unfair dismissal was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable to present the claim in time. In any event it was not presented within a further reasonable period. It is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.[2]It was agreed it is not in the interests of justice today to determine the question if the claimant’s money claims were presented in time. That issue shall be relisted for determination on a future date.[3]Full oral reasons were given. Case management directions follow.
