JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London Central Employment Tribunal on 21 November 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy with no consultation process whatsoever and is entitled to a protective award of £5,600.[3]The protected period is awarded for 8 weeks (40 working days) commencing on 30 August 2024.[4]The hearing listed on 12 and 13 June 2025 is cancelled.
