JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the South West Employment Tribunal on 13 December 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant informs the Tribunal that she was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to the balance outstanding for a redundancy payment of £1076.44. This has not been contested by the respondent.[3]The respondent must therefore pay the claimant £1076.44 in total. Approved by:
