JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was a worker, but not an employee, of the respondent company.[2]The claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal (notice pay) and his claim for a redundancy payment both fail because he was not an employee.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is wellfounded. The Tribunal extends time for the presentation of that claim to 10 December 2024.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £9,432.00, being nine months’ wages at £1,048.00 per month.[5]The claimants remaining complaints are dismissed.
