[1]The Employer’s counterclaim is dismissed.[2]The claims by the claimant for unlawful deductions from wages with regard to deductions made regarding the relevant notice period are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for accrued holiday is well founded and the respondent made unlawful deductions from wages when deducting statutory holiday leave from his pay in April 2025. REMEDY 1 The claimant is awarded the gross sum of £723.91 in respect of unpaid accrued holiday prior to statutory deductions. Approved by
