EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 6021423/2024
Dr H McRobieClaimantUniversity of Law Bloomsbury and OthersRespondent
Employment Judge A M SnelsonDate 11 August 2025

JUDGMENT

On reading the documents on the Tribunal file, the Tribunal determines that:(1) The Claimant’s claims against individual Respondents Sandie Gaines, Sarah Corbett, Nicolas Ross and Nadia Richardson are struck out.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter of 18 June 2025 written on the instructions of Employment Judge Brown, the Claimant was notified that, for the reasons stated therein, the Tribunal was considering striking out the Claimant’s claims against the individual Respondents referred to in para (1) of the Judgment above and her complaint of unfair dismissal, and she was given until 4 July 2025 to provide reasons why those claims should not be struck out.[2]The Tribunal having received no response to the aforementioned letter, I now strike out the claims referred to in the above Judgment on the ground that they have no reasonable prospect of success. The other claims are unaffected.
