JUDGMENT

It was the Judgment of the Tribunal that the claimant’s claims for unauthorised deductions from wages, holiday pay and unlawful discrimination contrary to the Equality Act 2010 are well-founded and succeed. The respondent’s response had been rejected and Rule 22(3) applied. The respondent is Ordered to pay the following sums to the claimant: Seven days’ holiday pay at a daily rate of £135 gross = £945 gross.
