JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the Leeds Employment Tribunal on 6 December 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]It was not reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time and the reasonable further period for it to have been presented was until 19 November 2024.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £12 623.46 gross.[4]The claimant was constructively and wrongfully dismissed and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £2183.33 plus £112.55 in unpaid expenses.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £1879.36 gross.[6]The respondent must pay the claimant £16798.70 in total.
