Case No 6021041/2024
Mr L D MononyaneClaimantCloud Imperium GamesRespondent
Employment Judge JohnsonDate 26 February 2025

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 17 December 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it he does not have 2 years continuous service and in accordance with section 108 Employment Rights Act 1996, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear his complaint of unfair dismissal.[2]On 23 January 2025, Judge Dunlop gave the claimant a further opportunity to explain whether they have also brought a breach of contract claim and if not, why his claim should not be struck out in its entirety.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. 3. The hearing fixed for 22 April 2025 will not take place. Approved by:
