[1]The Claimant has established his claims for unpaid wages in respect of March 2025 and unpaid accrued holiday pay, limited to the period January 2025 to March 2025.[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written contract of employment and is ordered to pay the Claimant 4 weeks pay pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £4106.40 in respect of the successful claims.
