Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages (by failing to pay her) for the whole period 13 May 2024 to 28 October 2024.[2]The respondent is ORDERED to pay £21,692.16 gross to the claimant.[3]This amount is calculated as follows:-a. A week’s pay of 903.84 (gross)b. The claimant was not paid for 24 weeks. £903.84 x 24 = £21,692.16 (gross).[4]The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[5]The hearing listed on 17 April 2025 is cancelled.
