JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the South West Employment Tribunals on 4 June 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction from wages. The Respondent will pay the claimant the gross sum of £10,367.08 in respect of the unlawful deductions from wages.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant holiday pay. The respondent will pay the claimant the gross sum of £571.12 in respect of unpaid holiday pay and will deduct tax as necessary. The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of main terms and conditions of employment. The respondent will pay the claimant compensation in respect of this failure of £1904.00[4]The Respondent will therefore pay the claimant the total gross sum of £12,842.20 subject to any deductions.
