The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages (in respect of pay and accrued holiday entitlement outstanding at the date of termination) and must pay the claimant the gross amount of £ £428.38.[2]The hearing listed on 11th August 2025 is cancelled.
