JUDGMENT

[1]All claims brought against the second respondent are dismissed, as the first respondent is still an active company.[2]The claim brought against the first respondent for breach of contract/wrongful dismissal succeeds. The claimant is awarded the net sum of £5,577.90 (12 x £464.8246 (net weekly wage)). The first respondent will be responsible for satisfying any statutory deductions owed.[3]The claim brought against the first respondent for unauthorised deductions from wages succeeds. The claimant is awarded the gross figure of £10,000 (4 months x £2,500 gross pay). The claimant may receive less than this figure if the respondent makes statutory deductions before making payment. However, if the claimant is paid the gross figure, then she will be responsible for satisfying any tax liabilities that arise.[4]The claim brought against the first respondent for outstanding holiday pay on termination of the employment contract succeeds. The claimant is awarded the gross figure £2,076.92. The claimant may receive less than this figure if the respondent makes statutory deductions before making payment. However, if the claimant is paid the gross figure, then she will be responsible for satisfying any tax liabilities that arise.[5]The claim brought against the first respondent for a redundancy payment succeeds.
