[1]The claimant’s complaint of automatically unfair dismissal is not well founded and fails.[2]The claimant’s disclosures did not qualify as protected public interest disclosures.[3]Even if they had been qualifying protected disclosures, the dismissing officer had no knowledge of disclosures when deciding to dismiss.[4]Even if the dismissing officer had had knowledge of disclosures the Tribunal accepted her oral evidence as to non disclosure related reasons for dismissal. ___________________________ Approved for promulgation by
