JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of breach of contract is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The complaint of direct sex discrimination is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The complaint of victimisation is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]The complaint of harassment related to sex is not well-founded and is dismissed.[5]The complaint of indirect discrimination is well-founded and succeeds.[6]The following complaints of less favourable treatment on the ground of being a part-time worker is well-founded and succeeds: a. the Claimant was not allowed to work from home in respect of the period from 5 July 2024 to 11 July 2024. Case Number: 6020483/2024[7]The remaining complaints of less favourable treatment on the ground of being a part-time worker are not well-founded and are dismissed. REMEDY[8]The respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums in accordance with s 124 of the Equality Act 2010: 8.1 Compensation for injury to feelings: in the sum of £8,000.00.[9]Interest on compensation for injury to feelings calculated in accordance with the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996: in the sum of £382.24, calculated as follows: 8% x £8000 from 29 December 2024, being the mid point between 27 March 2024 and the date of calculation 3 October 2025 (218 days) at a daily rate of £1.75 = £382.24.
