JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Efficiency Health and Home Care Services Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claim against the Respondent for unpaid wages under s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the total sum of £4,546.21 without deduction or withholding.REASONS
[4]The Tribunal accepted the Respondent still owed the Claimant outstanding net wages of(a) £282.78 (payable on about 1 July 2024)(b) £2,311.42 (payable on about 31 July 2024)(c) £1,952.01 (payable on about 2 September 2024).[5]Reasons for the decisions above were given orally at the hearing. The parties may request written reasons for those decisions within 2 weeks of receipt of a copy of this Judgment (taken to be the date a copy of this Judgment is sent to the parties).
