JUDGMENT
Following consideration of the written documents provided by the parties in advance of and during the hearing; and oral submissions from both counsel; the decision of the tribunal is that: (1) The claim for interim relief does not succeed because the Judge could not be satisfied that ‘it is likely that’ on finally determining the complaint the tribunal will find that the reason or principal reason for the dismissal was that the claimant had made protected disclosures (s.129 Employment Rights Act 1996).
