Mr M Ferdaus v The Co-Operative Group: 6020234/2025
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out against all and any respondentsREASONS
[1]By a letter dated 21 October 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 4 November 2025 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it is scandalous or vexatious (in the sense that it is being pursued for some improper motive, to cause disruption or without any expectation of success). it has no reasonable prospect of success. the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 26 August 2025 it has not been actively pursued. There was no reply by the Claimant to the Respondent’s various emails seeking his compliance with the orders[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. Strike out is proportionate. Page 1 of 2 Case No: 6020234/2025[3]The claim is therefore struck out. Approved by:
