Case No 6020234/2025
Mr M FerdausClaimantThe Co-Operative GroupRespondent
Employment Judge Quill DateDate 15 December 2025

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out against all and any respondents

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 21 October 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 4 November 2025 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  it is scandalous or vexatious (in the sense that it is being pursued for some improper motive, to cause disruption or without any expectation of success).  it has no reasonable prospect of success.  the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious;  the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 26 August 2025  it has not been actively pursued.  There was no reply by the Claimant to the Respondent’s various emails seeking his compliance with the orders[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. Strike out is proportionate. Page 1 of 2 Case No: 6020234/2025[3]The claim is therefore struck out. Approved by:
