[1]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages for November 2024 is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £2,104.99 and the Claimant is responsible for the payment of any relevant income tax and / or National Insurance.[2]The Claimant’s claim for accrued holiday pay until 29th November 2024 is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £2,135.33 and the Claimant is responsible for the payment of any relevant income tax and / or National Insurance.
