The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The respondent wrote to the Tribunal on 21 May 2025 complaining that the claimant had failed to comply with directions to provide a schedule of loss and relevant documents.[2]By a letter dated 24 July 2025 the Claimant was ordered to write to the Tribunal by 31 July 2025 to confirm that:a. he is pursuing his claim against the respondentb. To explain why he has not complied with Tribunal orders and what steps he will now take to rectify non-compliance. He was given warning that he failed to respond in the given timescale that the claim may be struck out.[3]The claimant has failed to respond to the letter of 24 July 2025 within the given timescale or at all. He has also not engaged with subsequent correspondence from the respondent. The claim is therefore struck out on the basis that it is not being actively pursued.[4]The hearing fixed for 18-19 November 2025 will not take place. Approved by:
