JUDGMENT
[1]Following the claimant’s application on 20 August 2025, which was copied to the respondent but to which the respondent did not object, the respondent’s name is amended to ‘O Ver Borough Limited (in creditors’ voluntary liquidation).[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of the period 1 to 6 February 2025.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £545.35, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[4]The claimant’s application to amend his claim to add a complaint in respect of the respondent’s alleged failure to pay him an amount in respect of accrued but untaken holiday, which was made at the hearing today, is refused.
