[1]By a letter dated 4 September 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claims of disability discrimination and whistleblowing should not be struck out, given the claimant’s failure to comply with a relevant tribunal order.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims of disability discrimination and any claims in relation to protected disclosures are therefore struck out. The claimant’s other claims continue.
