JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent is correctly named as “BUY & GO CARS LIMITED” and the reference to “SERVET BUDAK (BuyAndGOCarsLTD)” is incorrect.[2]The Claimant’s complaints for(a) automatically unfair dismissal (assertion of statutory rights); and(b) wrongful dismissal/breach of contract are not well-founded and are dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from his wages is well-founded and upheld. The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Second Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £216.75 (which is to be paid net of lawful deductions of income tax and National Insurance).[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,944.80 for failing to provide written particulars of employment.
