JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made a series of unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay to him his salary for the months June 2024 – January 2025. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £26,000.00 gross.[2]The respondent breached the terms of the employment contract by failing to make pension contributions to the relevant pension scheme. The respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £819.00.[3]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant his accrued holiday pay on the termination of his employment. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the agreed sum of £1,137.50 gross.[4]The respondent committed a fundamental breach of contract entitling the claimant to resign. The claimant did resign in response to that breach. The claimant was constructively dismissed. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation the sum of £1,262.12 net. Approved by
