[1]The claim is struck out.REASONS
[2]By a letter dated 23 December 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations in writing by 6 January 2025 as to why the claim should not be struck out because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with the claim. The only claim made is one for unfair dismissal. The claimant does not have the required 2 years length of employment service to bring this complaint pursuant to Section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The claimant has to date failed to make representations in writing as to why the claim should not be struck out/why she is entitled to bring the claim. The claim is therefore struck out.
