[1]The claim of unfair dismissal was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The claim of unfair dismissal is therefore dismissed.[2]The claims of disability discrimination were not presented within the applicable time limit, but it is just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claims of disability discrimination will therefore proceed.[3]The Claimant did not have a disability as defined in section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at the time of the events the claim is about by reason of anxiety, depression or chronic back pain.
